You may be able to find it at about half this price at your local Big Lots. The color has a wonderful warm glow and metallic sheen. It comes with a pre-color treatment for the ends, professional hair color gloves and high quality conditioner for 6 weeks of use. It is easy to use because it doesn't drip at all, has no offensive odor and shouldn't irritate your scalp unlike some other hair colors. After using it, I straightened my hair with a hair straightener and used a very small amount of argan oil and my hair was like new - vivid, glowing and healthy. The only thing that I noticed - and this may be user error - it did not cover my gray roots as much as I would have liked. There is still a visible lighter shade where my hair parts depending on how I comb it. The other nice thing about this product is that if you want to go between two shades, you could combine this hair color with a darker or lighter shade... It isn't harsh like the other products I have used in the past. I also love the Bamboo color and have used it for the last 5 or 6 years. It looks natural and leaves nice highlights on my mostly gray hair. Most people think that I have my hair colored by a professional.I've always had trouble finding the Bamboo color in local stores and stocked up whenever I found it. Now, I can't find any Hydrience hair color in stores. Thanks to Amazon.com, I now stocked up on Bamboo. |
