Thinking I had nothing to lose since I go through creams on a daily basis with my eczema on my legs, back, arms and feet, I paid the $9.99 for the Miracle of Aloe Miracle Rash Repair Cream.

This is 36% aloe which is to promote healing of skin damaged by psoriasis, dermatitis and itchy, red, scaly, dry skin. I think since it did not specifically mention eczema I should have been forewarned, but dermatitis is in the same family of skin conditions.

I like that it is a large thick tube with a flip-top lid that can be applied to areas 3-4 times daily. The box mentioned dead sea salts, but not being familiar with this it made no difference in my purchasing decision. The fact that it contains no lanolin was to my benefit.

I've continually had a problem with red itchy white flake skin rashes on my knees and on my left pointer finger. My wife picked this product up in my quest of trying to get this cleared up.

I've lived with this problem over the years with different doctors prescribing or giving free samples of various cremes. This is the first product that has made a dramatic improvement in the rashes appearance!

If your skin is scratched till it bleeds then this product will sting for a few seconds, but the pain quickly dissipates and the desire to itch it goes away for several hours. I've been putting it on 3 times a day and it seems to be doing the trick. I hope if you're suffering from itchy scaly skin that it works well for you too. The dead sea salt and pure aloe seem to be key ingredients, but then my wife points out the salicylic acid (1.8%) is probably the key medical ingredient.

I get a nickle rash from the snaps on jeans, usally I can only get rid of it with a prescription cream, but this product takes care of it, without a trip to the doctor. JUST LOVE IT!

I used to work out in the cold, and between working with chemicals and washing my hands frequently, my hands would dry and chap really bad. I'm talking about sandpaper skin and split, bleeding knuckles that burn and sting at the bend of a finger. I tried every lotion and skin cream I could get my hands on, and they really didn't do anything. They were just greasy and wouldn't even absorb into the skin much, but rather after rubbing it in forever, you would lose most of it the very next time you wash your hands. A friends father who is a machinist gave me a tube of SBS-40 to try, and with one application my skin was hydrated and flexible, and I could make fists without any pain or further tearing of the skin. My son has TERRIBLE eczema and I've tried it all, including prescription steroids to keep it under control. This is miracle cream in a tube. It's the only lotion that seems to protect and heal the skin at the same time control the itchiness (how do you convince a 3 year old not to scratch?). I agree with another review - this product is very underrated.

I've worked in the Water and Wastewater field for almost 40 years and have always had problems keeping my hands from cracking, splitting in the knuckle area and the constant roughness. I've tried countless brands of creams and lotions and then discoverd the SBS 40. This cream has worked miracles! I purchased enough for all my employees and they feel the same way. After battling severe eczema for nine months, including a hospital stay, I finally found this stuff. It's wonderful! I mean, I can sleep again. But it took me a little time to see how it works. I had eczema on my arms and hands and fingers. My fingers would crack and peel and crack and peel at the knuckles. Then the new skin would crack again almost immediately.

It says this cream contains seven moisturizers. One of them seems to be a waxy layer that works it's way to the top and becomes almost like a second skin. It has to "rest" for about 15 minutes, at which time it settles in; it can sting a bit until then. Once it's dry, but still feels "waxy" the pain goes away. If you try to apply more while it still has that waxy feel (about five to six hours) the waxy stuff will just gum up. For my knuckles, I would put it on with my fingers clenched. It provided a "skin" on top of my new skin which strengthened it until the skin was strong enough to not crack anymore... Read more

Okay, maybe this lotion is not a miracle worker in the biblical sense. But, we have had amazing results with this product. My daughter has terrible eczema on her arms. We have tried different types of remedies from oatmeal baths to prescription ointments. I saw a coupon for this in the paper and decided to give it a shot. And, it has been great! It really cleared up the eczema and my daughter's discomfort. And, her skin feels much, much softer. And, it has a nice scent. We saw results in less than three days. My daughter is actually weaing short sleeve shirts again!

I have had eczema for years and have tried numerous creams, lotions, prescriptions etc but NOTHING has really helped as well as this product. I've only been using it for about a week and it has been nothing short of miraculous. My eczema had recently started to affect my eyelids to the point of cracking and itchy, flaking skin. I had to stop wearing any makeup at all around my eyes. I found this product and the very first time I used it, my relief was almost immediate. I have found that I has to use it very sparingly....just a little does wonders for me. As I type this, I am wearing mascara and have not signs of any skin discomfort anywhere.

I hope others who have been suffereing can find that it works as well for them as it did for me.
